Avery Monsen

Hello, my name is Avery M. and here are several things about me.

I’ve written and illustrated bestselling, award-winning books with publishers like Macmillan, Little, Brown, Chronicle Books, and Disney-Hyperion. Some of these books are for grown-ups; some are for kids. People don’t always know which is which. Whoops!

For the last three years, I was Senior Writer at CAMP, The Family Experience Company. There, I developed and scripted immersive experiences for the biggest, coolest family IP in the world. We’re talkin’ Bluey. We’re talkin’ Encanto. Mickey and Friends. The Little Mermaid. Trolls. PAW Patrol. My daughter thinks this is really cool, and she’s right.
